The Draper expert HI-TORQ flexible head allows work to be carried out in awkward locations. Only 5 degrees movement required to turn fastener, espescially useful in confined spaces. Long pattern forged from chrome vanadium steel, hardened, tempered, chrome plated and fully polished throughout. Open end set at 15 degrees.
