DRAPER 63401 Metal/Voltage/Stud Detector

DRAPER COMBINED METAL, VOLTAGE AND STUD DETECTOR

This tool will detect live (or dead) electricity cables; water/gas pipes and wood studs or batons. Powered by a PP3 battery (not supplied), the LED on the detector will stay lit together with a continuous tone when metal is detected.When electricity is detected, the LED will flash and the tone will sound intermittently. If wall studs/batons are found, the LED will come on and an audible will sound at one end of the baton.When the other extremity is located, the green LED will come on and a lower pitch tone will be heard.
