How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay for your purchases online using most major credit or debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Switch, Solo, American Express and many other types of cards. Your credit card details will be encrypted to help keep them secure. Please note that in the interest of security, Falconsat Limited will never ask for your credit card details via emails, pop-ups, or for any purpose other than placing an order on falconsat.co.uk.

How can I check latest prices?
We're always lowering our prices and running special offers. With so many great deals, you might find that many items are cheaper than you thought! Luckily, falconsat.co.uk always has the latest prices. Wherever you see a price advertised on this website, you can be sure it is the latest price available.

Can I reserve products and pick them up ?
Yes you can reserve a product and pick them up directly and pay in cash. Please note no credit cards are accepted on collections.

How do I know if my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order, an Order Acknowledgement screen will be generated. Please print out this page for future reference. You will also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details and a receipt from the credit card conforming that the payment has been received.

When will my order be delivered?
For items usually delivered within 48 hours. Please note that we will need a signature at the time of delivery for some types of deliveries.
Most goods are usually delivered within 48 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from when you place your order. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm. Next day and Saturday delivery may also be available, depending on the time of order and the delivery address. Saturday deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm.
Satellite receivers are usually delivered within 1 working days (not including weekends). We are unable to book a specific delivery date or timeslot at the time of order but we will contact you to confirm a delivery date as soon as your goods are ready to be dispatched.

Can I specify a delivery date?
Unfortunately this is not possible as we use royal mail for delivers and they do not provide us a service for specific delivery date and time.

Are receipts sent with deliveries?
The receipt is the address label on the parcel. You will need this in case you wish to return goods. Some customers have requested a more traditional receipt with their delivery and we are working on providing this as soon as possible.

Can I place an order from overseas?
Yes. Customers from abroad can place an order.

Yes. We provide delivery to worldwide destinations.

Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from FIS. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please see our Returns and refunds page.

How can I get an Falcon Int. Satellite catalogue?
Unfortunately we do not currently make a catalogues but we look forward in the near future to provide you one.
